We make the trip to Coggeshall Town in the First Round of the BBC Essex Senior Cup, just days after our first loss of the league season after eight games.

On Saturday, The Woods succumbed to a 3-2 defeat against local rivals Frenford at The Drive, despite an attempt to mount a late comeback. Goals from Chaynie Burgin and David Gokou weren't enough, after we had fallen three goals behind inside the first hour of the clash.

However, we have the perfect opportunity to go again and turn our fortunes around, with a trip to step six Coggeshall Town on Wednesday night (2nd October, 19:45 kick off).

Having beaten higher opposition in Hendon FC in the London Senior Cup last week, we have a chance to edge a step closer to more silverware, as we attempt to book our place in Round Two of the BBC Essex Senior Cup.
