Following earlier announcements made in the previous 24 hours, confirming that goalkeeper Manny Agboola, defenders Miles Mitchell-Nelson and Kahlil Kirwan-Meade, and Club Captain Sam Owusu have all been retained for the 2025/26 season, we can now confirm that another five players have also been retained.

Defenders Luke Steele and Mike Agboola, midfielder Normand Kebi and attackers Peter Angelov and Marko Protic have all committed for the upcoming season.

Luke has been at the Club since the youth levels, completing the full pathway to the First Team, whilst long-term servants Normand Kebi and Peter Angelov will still be calling Ashton’s home for another season.

Mike Agboola joined us at the beginning of last season, making 35 appearances, whilst Marko Protic has scored 27 goals in 47 appearances for The Woods to date.
