Shane Baptiste's Woodford Town side make the short trip across the borough to face a Frenford side who have enjoyed a seriously entertaining start to the Essex Senior League camapign, having narrowly avoided relegation last season and made a change to their managerial setup over the summer break.

In this fixture last season, we needed a 96th-minute equaliser from Kahlil Kirwan-Meade to secure a 2-2 draw on the road, whilst a brace from Miles Mitchell-Nelson and a late settler from Kye Scott secured all three points for The Woods when we met with Frenford in the return fixture in February.

Our most recent Summer Bank Holiday came at the beginning of the 2023/24 campaign, as we dismantled Roding rivals Buckhurst Hill 5-0 on the road.
