Woodford Town took the lead in the original tie, via Ollie Sotoyinbo's low strike; however, we were pegged back less than ten minutes later as George Quantrell fired home an equaliser.
The hosts have a chance to make history, as a victory on Wednesday night would see us reach the Third Qualifying Round for the first time since our reformation in 2017. We do have heritage in this competition, having hosted Leyton Orient in a Second Round Proper tie in 1986.
The Woods
Shane Baptiste's side have come through three rounds to reach this stage, and within that, this will be our second replay in the 2025/26 edition of the Emirates FA Cup. Previously, we have beaten Colney Heath 4-0 in our opening round - the earliest possible stage of the competition - before winning a replay against Harlow Town, thanks to a 117th-minute winner courtesy of Alex Kozak, which was only made possible due to Marko Protic's 97th-minute equaliser in the original tie.
Following the win over Harlow, we beat Step Four side Newmarket Town in the First Qualifying Round, with Dimi Christou scoring in the 73rd and 91st minutes as we came back from 2-1 down in thrilling fashion, sparking wild scenes from the travelling Woodford Town supporters.
Our visitors
Bury currently sit around mid-table in the Southern League Premier South Division, having won three of their opening seven games of the season.
In a similar fashion to us, they came back from 2-1 down to win 3-2 in the previous round, beating Brightlingsea Regent, in what has been their only game in the competition so far this campaign.
They are expected to be backed by a large following for their visit to Greater London on Wednesday night.
Printed programmes return!
For the first time this season, and for the first time since Non-League Day 2025, we are offering printed programmes to supporters for this Emirates FA Cup tie. They are available to purchase for just £2.
