Woodford have been drawn away against Coggeshall Town in the First Round of the BBC Essex Senior Cup. The tie will take place at the Seedgrowers' West Street stadium.

We last faced Coggeshall in the Essex Senior League during the 2023/24 season, in which they were relegated from step five. In the away match, second-half goals from Luke Parrott and Ernest Okoh turned things around as we won 1-2, whilst in the return fixture, we won by the same scoreline thanks to Dimi Christou's 83rd-minute strike.

This campaign, the Seedgrowers have got off to a good start in the Thurlow Nunn First Division South, losing just one of their opening six matches, and they also picked up a victory in their FA Vase First Qualifying round game last weekend.
